Our club has two cardio rooms, each offering a bright and pleasant space.

The first room, located on the second floor, overlooks avenue du Parc and offers a variety of high quality equipment such as elliptical bikes, treadmills, Stairmasters and rowing machines.

The second room, located on the first floor near the reception area, is the perfect place to start your cardio training.
Here you will find elliptical bikes, treadmills and AMT machines to work your cardio efficiently.

In addition to its convenient location, this room is also close to our beauty bar and massage therapy area, making it an ideal place to relax after a workout.
