Our qualified instructors will guide you through your session to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout tailored to your level.

Depending of the weather during the summer time, the group classes : Zumba, Yoga, Crossfit/Bootcamp, Boxing will be outside in the garden .

Classes description

Classes available

Hiit-Tabata

A Hiit-tabata class lasts one hour. It is a dense workout that focuses on high-intensity sets of movements followed by short rest breaks. Each workout is typically 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second break, repeated for about 4 minutes. The goal is to push your body to its maximum to burn calories and build strength. It's an intense workout, but also very fun and effective.

Vinyasa Yoga

The Vinyasa Yoga class is a dynamic class that combines flowing movements and postures (asanas) with controlled breathing. The goal is to strengthen and tone the body while simultaneously cultivating flexibility and relaxation. Each class is unique and may include elements of different styles of yoga such as Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga or Power Yoga. Classes are tailored to the needs and levels of each participant. Overall, the Vinyasa Style Yoga class is a physical and mental practice that aims to strengthen the body and mind.

Boxe

Our boxing class is the perfect workout to improve your endurance, strength, and coordination while having fun. Whether you're a beginner or have previous boxing experience, our certified instructors will guide you through basic boxing techniques, including punching, footwork, and evasion. The class provides a full-body workout and is suitable for all fitness levels. Please note that to participate, you would need to bring your own gloves or you can choose to do it without.

  • Tristan Millette

    BREATHING - MOVEMENT - STILLNESS

    Tristan Millette is a passionate yoga instructor with a wealth of knowledge to share. He will help you find inner peace and relaxation through proper movement and breathing techniques. Tristan teaches in French and English and his classes are suitable for all levels. He is currently offering Vinyasa Yoga classes.

  • Sergey Novikov

    DYNAMISM - RHYTHM - OVERACHIEVEMENT

    Sergey Novikov is a certified trainer with over 20 years of experience. His goal is to help you reach a higher level of fitness. Sergey teaches in English and French and his classes are adapted to all fitness levels.

    His specialty is HIIT-Tabata.
