We believe in linking our Massage and Therapy services to our Fitness service, creating an ongoing dialog between our therapists and our private trainers regarding healing, rehabilitation, strength and mobility and stress management.
Our team of accredited massotherapists and therapists specializes in therapeutic massage, physiotherapy, energetics and other forms of manual therapies.
When speaking of therapeutic massages, this style of massage manipulates the soft tissue structures of the body to assist in the alleviation and prevention of muscle pain, spasms, and emotional stress, while it helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue. Therapeutic Massage enhances blood flow, increases endorphins, and negates the effects of overexertion.

This therapeutic massage is a full body treatment featuring a soothing touch. It uses light to firm flowing movements over face, scalp, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and back to totally relax you. It promotes muscle relaxation, increased blood circulation as well as other stress relaxation benefits.

Sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. But you don’t have to be in the Olympics to benefit from sports massage. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion

A therapeutic massage using many of the same movements as Swedish, but integrating a variety of deeper more penetrating techniques to help promote the recovery of injured or strained muscles. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

This massage is performed on the floor. The therapist applies pressure with his thumbs, finger, and palms to specific areas of the client’s body that have been determined during an assessment period prior to the massage session.

When muscle fibers are injured, the fascia fibers that surround the muscle become short, tight and misaligned. This uneven stress can be spread through the fascia to other parts of the body, setting off pain and a variety of symptoms in areas we often wouldn’t expect. Myofascial massage treats these symptoms by releasing and realigning the tightness in the injured fascia.

Masso-kinesitherapy is the therapy of human gestures. It uses movement or, on the contrary, corrects and reduces movement, by different techniques or by placing a restraint, in order to render the body a function that has been altered.

Osteopathy is a structural medicine based on the assumption that healing is better when the coherence of all body tissues is assured. It uses manual techniques and manipulations to relieve joint and postural problems as well as help children with developmental problems.
